Worst experience of car buying This place is so unorganized , had to re sign papers cause they can't even figure out where people need to sign, but than they say you owe them $$ fo This place is so unorganized , had to re sign papers cause they can't even figure out where people need to sign, but than they say you owe them $$ for your trade in cause the payoff is more than they estimated but you contact your bank and find out they are full of crap cause the pay off is less than estimated.they lost the owners manual. This is a brand new vehicle why was it even removed, had to bug them for a week to even finally get one. Than after having the truck for not even a week with only 300 miles on the rig the check engine light comes on. I contact the dealership and they could care less. They told me to bring it in First thing Monday morning , so I did and it's now late in the afternoon and they still have yet to even take a look at it. Why pay 40k for a rig and get xxxxty service? Very rude let's just say I would never buy another vehicle from them nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. More

Service department the greatest I challenged a renowned Portland pothole on a rainy day and the pothole won. Ripped a running board half off, left hanging in precarious position. Service Rep Ken Knudson assured me they could help me even though they booked to the max. Less than 24 hrs later, my running board was repaired and back in place and undercarriage inspected. I have been a customer of this dealership for many years and actually find the quality of service continues to go up while remaining affordable. They are our "go to" dealership. In this instance, I came home a winner in spite of the pothole. Thank you Ken and all staff who assist me in my times of need. More

I would recommend buying a car from him! Although I was happy with that part, a few days later my check engine light came on.... I found it strange that something was wrong if they run it through service? Plus it already needs an oil change. They fixed the problem and gave me a rental. I had to go back a few days later because I wasn't sure how to use the navigation, and they told me I have to buy a chip.... I wasn't aware of this when I bought it plus the car is a titanium, so I just figured it had navigation..... I called another Ford dealership to ask about it, and they confirmed that it's supposed to come with the chip. Greg got me an appointment with service to get it fixed, but it wasn't until the next week. The car had been running fine for the next couple days and then the check engine light came on AGAIN. I'm in the process of getting it fixed.... I know that they will fix it, it is just the fact that I just purchased the car and it shouldn't be having problems.. ( especially because it's a 2015 with low miles) Customer service is great, but the service department needs a lot of improvement. More

We stumbled upon St Helens Auto Center and gave it a chance. We were greeted by salesman Greg as soon as we got there. Right away he offered us something to drink and then asked what our needs and wants were. We told him what we were hoping for and he showed us a few cars that matched what we were wanting. He highly recommended a Chrysler 200 but was not pushy, We took it for a test drive and it was perfect! When we got back to the dealership he was quick to get a deal started that worked within our budget. The entire process was very smooth from searching to finalizing with finance. Greg stayed with us during the entire process. He was very professional but still had a personality unlike most car salesmen who are dry and pushy. We are a few weeks into our new car and loving it! We will definitely do business with St Helens Auto Center again. Thanks Guys! More
