Be ready to be FORCED to pay $3000 in non negotiable dealer accessories. Accessories you cannot see nor feel. To make someone purchase Vin etching, nitrogen treated tires (does absolutely nothing), dealer accessories. Accessories you cannot see nor feel. To make someone purchase Vin etching, nitrogen treated tires (does absolutely nothing), or even key replacement plan (essentially saying i will lose my keys so I have to pay for it). This on top of other nonsense accessories. Complete money grab. The salesman was not budging to take any of these off. They say the car or truck is MSRP, but theyll get you on $3000 dealer accessories and $1000 documentation fees. More
Horrible services my son purchased his pre-owned vehicle couple months ago in stadium toyota with no problem so it was due to his first oil change called services made a appointment got it done but the minu couple months ago in stadium toyota with no problem so it was due to his first oil change called services made a appointment got it done but the minute he drove off the dealership the vehicle was acting up some dashboard lights came on and the brakes was not braking so my son had to turn around to take it back and they where closing so we had to wait the next day to find out what was wrong with the car so finally they called me in the morning and said the radiator had a hole because a small rock got in it and hit it but mind you the bottom part has a cover protection so they try to charger me $1200 to get fix so i decided to take it to Toyota of Tampa Bay they did a wonderful job it never was the radiator it was a hose that had a small hole that I believe that stadium toyota services mechanic broke and try to ripped me off with a radiator I will never recommend anyone to get there car fix in stadium toyota not only they did this to my son they also did it to my friend!!! I look for a new truck with trade-in with my Tacoma truck on the websites in anywhere Tampa Bay area at Toyota dealerships. A salesperson gave me a quote which the highest quote than any Toyota dealership in on the websites in anywhere Tampa Bay area at Toyota dealerships. A salesperson gave me a quote which the highest quote than any Toyota dealership in Tampa Bay. I told them that I just want to get the one fixed lowest price quote. I rejected them. Also they sent me old email about almost 2 years ago which they changed the higher price quote price after I have waited for 3 months to delivery a new truck. I did reject them. They should not bring his old email! They just sent me this survey review. I speak the truth. More

Hoping to leave a better review in the near future but not very happy so far with the service. Spent a long time (over 30 minutes) on hold hearing over and over again about the "Outstanding Customer Service" at this dealership. We have an issue with unexpected acceleration on our new Highlander and my wife brought it in. This is obviously a huge issue and they indicated they would be putting a top engineer on the problem. I was offered a loaner but had to negotiate to allow us to allow our dog in it and also to not have to pay for cleaning. Remembering that the reason I need a loaner is because of unexpected acceleration while braking, this doesn't seem reasonable. The next issue I've had to deal with is trying to get my name added to the loaner agreement. Even though I'm a spouse and the back of the agreement indicates that spouses are authorized, they wanted me to drive back 45 minutes to sign the agreement in person. I asked for them to email it to me instead and they don't have the ability to do that. I could have signed it electronically and returned it. The only other alternative offered was for them to fax it to me and have me fax it back. Who has a fax anymore! I signed up for a Fax app on my phone to help them with this process. 30 minutes later on hold why they try to figure all of this out doesn't bring "Outstanding Customer Service" to mind. Here's hoping that they'll be able to determine the original issue with unexpected acceleration while braking on the Highlander and allow us to get it back soon. It's a 2020 model so you wouldn't expect this kind of issue - especially on a new vehicle. Here's hoping we get all resolved and I can leave a better review soon! Michael More
