A Returning Customer! 2 years ago I came to Stamford Ford Lincoln to lease a Ford Escape. This dealership was recommended to me and is a little out of the way for us since 2 years ago I came to Stamford Ford Lincoln to lease a Ford Escape. This dealership was recommended to me and is a little out of the way for us since we live in New York. However, this dealership is definitely worth the drive! I came back recently to turn in my 2014 Escape SE early to swap it with a 2017 Escape Titanium. We worked with PJ who did everything he could to accommodate our needs! The experience was hassle-free and we never felt rushed during the process. There is a reason we came back to Stamford Ford Lincoln and it is most definitely because of the exceptional service. When I turned in my 2014 Escape, I told PJ I had someone in mind who wanted to buy it. That process was also stress-free and he was able to also accommodate my friend's needs with the buying process. Employees here truly care about the customer in a professional and friendly manner. I truly believe I will be a Ford owner all my life, and it is largely due to my positive experiences with Stamford Ford Lincoln! More

Scott was my service consultant and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He checked me in and had me on my way in short order. When I picked my car up Scott explained what had been done to my car every step of the way. Not all of the issues were resolved 100% but it was understandable and we agreed that I would bring my car back at a later date to complete the work. Nothing urgent. If you own a Ford and need service in Westchester Ny or Fairfield Ct you should try Stamford Ford, they are a pleasure to deal with. I will update this after my next appointment. More

I was thrilled with my experience and I had no question that I would be returning when my lease expired. Marco is always incredibly friendly and was very helpful in my decision making.
