I submitted a chat request on their website, and the salesman who responded was P.J.. He was extremely helpful and communicative, but never pestered me. It took me almost 2 weeks to make my decision, and make the drive from PA to CT to purchase this car, during which time he sent me extra photos, answered many questions, and made sure i got the best pricing on the best car i could find in a 150 mile radius. Once we arrived from the long trip there, P.J. was extremely hospitable and friendly. We loved the car, and Tony got us through the buying process quickly and painlessly, with no surprises. We were on the road back to PA in our shiny Ford Flex quickly, and with big smiles. It was well worth the trip to work with these great people! More
