Despite having work performed on the used bmw 128i at the BMW dealership, they honored the original price of the car, replaced a tire and antenna, and delivered the car beautifully detailed. They offered and did pick me up at the train station as I was coming from Manhattan, and even offered to buy me lunch while I waited for the detailing to be completed. Very friendly and no high pressure! More
