Thank You and we will update the review now... (Below is the original review) "Went to purchase a used 2008 Toyota Sienna for our Non Profit Organization, the price was fair. The sales guy PJ asked us to purchase a protection on the inside and outside of vehicle that would cover spills, sunburn, etc. We agreed to purchase the protection ONLY under the terms that the scratches that where on the side of the van be removed. PJ assured us that they would be taken out if we get the protection. So we purchased the car, but when we went to pick the van up the scratches where still on the van and "PJ wasn't available to talk" so the manager "Neil" came out and looked at the scratches and told us that the scratches where on the vehicle when we agreed to purchase, we explained that we were told they would be removed but he didnt want to hear it, plus it was late and they were closing. Being that it was a verbal contract we couldn't do much and we didnt want to argue and fight over it so we just left and we will never recommend this place to anyone. Very Disappointed." More

The staff went out of their way to accomodate my wishes giving me the vehicle I desired at a great price. Dan Sexton who guided me through all the new technology was a great teacher and explained all the features (to a not so tech savvy person) in a way that was easy to understand. I feel confident that the staff of the service department will be equally pleasant to work with. More

From the time I set a time for a test drive with the ford escape to when I drove the Ford Titanium off the lot I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team at this dealership. My Salesperson, Barry Pasqualini, was especially professional and knowledgeable about the car he was selling and tailored his description of the car and its many options to suit our specific interests. My wife and I were amazed also at how quickly we were able to get through the financing department, learn about the car and drive off the lot about 1.5 hours tops. We had a great time buying from this dealership and meeting with Barry and would recommend any of our friends or family go to them. More

Marco went above and beyond when I was looking for a car for my daughter. He made sure she got the car she wanted within the price range she could manage. We left the dealership with smiles on our faces. I have purchased many vehicles in the past but never had such and easy experience with the entire process. My 2014 Mustang Richard greeted me in the lot as I was eyeing a new white 2014 mustang and looking to test drive. Knowing this was over my budget he noted an alternat Richard greeted me in the lot as I was eyeing a new white 2014 mustang and looking to test drive. Knowing this was over my budget he noted an alternative that coincidently just happened to be what I was looking for-- the right color, options, convertible and more importantly closer to my budget -- and still a 2014. I was quite impressed with this car on the test drive. Richard, Neal, my wife and I then spoke about everything Mustang, the after purchase service, and financing issues. They worked diligently and tirelessly with me for about 2 hours past closing time.( I'm sure they went home to cold or warmed over dinners.) But they weren't happy until they knew I was happy and comfortable with making this purchase. And I must admit here -- I am not an easily persuaded nor an easy to please customer. We came to an agreement. The car was insured, registered and ready for me in just a few days. Richard was running the all the follow-up paperwork via email, text and voicemail making everything easy for me to continue with my very busy seasonal work. On closing and pick-up day Richard was there going over all the features and details and made sure that I was prepared to enjoy this vehicle today, tomorrow and and for years to come. He assured that I could contact him anytime with any question. I was then greeted by Tony who handled the sale closure and financial aspects. He was very much like the rest of my team. Warm and friendly, extremely patient and thorough. And a real pro. This is my new hometown dealership with a world-class feel. I personally feel that anyone can "sell" a car. My experience at Stamford Ford/Lincoln was all about the people. My team had my wife and I feeling like part of a new family. And now we have a "pony"! : ) More

Very Happy I walked into the dealership a few months ago because I was interested in the Ford Fusion. I made a few calls to dealerships in the area first, in order to get a feel for the price of the car. When I walked in, a few salespeople immediately offered to help me. Judy Walters approached me and I told her I was looking for a new fusion and she immediately asked me to wait a minute so that she could check to see who was next up on the list to handle the next client. She passed me on to Richard. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, worked with me on the price and when they couldn't find the exact car I wanted, they ended up giving me some extra options for the same price I was willing to pay. They were always very responsive with all of my requests and few delays. I haven't had my car serviced there yet, but I certainly plan on doing so since they make you feel at home. I purchased a Ford Explorer here about 20 years ago and hadn't been back since as I tried out lots of different brands over the years. However, I decided to go back to Ford because I think they make great cars and I wanted to support Made in America. I also got the Fusion Hybrid which is great on gas. More

From the moment I walked in the door, I received excellent service. At no point was there a heavy sales pitch. Richard Spelling made the sales experience all the sweeter with his friendly demeanor and knowledge of the model in which I was interested. We were allowed to do a test drive without the sales rep being in the car, which was a great sign of trust. They were fair on price and made the gathering of documentation (I am British) very straightforward unlike some dealerships I approached. All in all a wonderful experience and a wonderful team. I won't be going anywhere else. More
