My Wife and I were fortunate to have Don as our sales consultant for our new Ford purchase. Don was incredibly attentive and walked us through every step of special ordering a new 2014 Explorer. We never consultant for our new Ford purchase. Don was incredibly attentive and walked us through every step of special ordering a new 2014 Explorer. We never felt pressured or rushed and every number listed on both the sticker and invoice was explained to us including the differences in pricing that we saw online. Check all the online sources you want for true market value pricing, Don matched or beat them and there was no running back and forth to a floor manager or game playing. The SUV even came in early but still Don was completely happy to work around our schedule for delivery as opposed to rushing us to make a monthly quota. Don was all over the entire experience and put a ton of energy into making sure everything was perfect. I think he was more demanding than me as it related to putting all the dealership's resources together to make the purchasing experience, follow-up vehicle service with Eric Munnilal and finance paperwork with Tony Sicilliano, go smoothly. When the time at the dealership for delivery took a little longer than expected (along with making calls on my paperwork and hounding the service people doing last minute prep on the vehicle) he brought me a sandwich while I waited during my lunch hour! That's service! Always a pleasure to work with someone who really cares about making customer service and experience a priority. More
