I came to Stamford Ford after visiting other Ford dealerships and this was one of the best. This is my first experience with Ford, and I was pleasantly surprised. Chris helped me the day I got into a car accident and helped me decided between a ford focus and a fusion knowing I might not be getting a new car because I had to hear back if mine was totaled or not. B helped me decided between a ford focus and a fusion knowing I might not be getting a new car because I had to hear back if mine was totaled or not. But that didn't matter I was helped to any car I liked and every question was answered. As soon as I herd my car was totaled I went back in and test drive both cars again, settling on a fusion. We picked one out that fit my criteria best it could. They sent a driver to Albany to pick it up and Chris made arrangements for me to get my car on his day off so I didn't have to keep paying for my rental. Tha problem is I got in it and it didn't have a sunroof and I could have sworn the paperwork said it did. This was a deal breaker for me. I checked my paper work and sure enough the sunroof was missing. Meaning I screwed up and told them to get a car I didn't want. That wasn't a problem they said no worries we will find one that you like we want you to be happy and we found another one that had the same options plus a sun roof. I am very pleased with the service and they have me zero hesitation when I said i didn't want a car I picked out and they went to go get. Not many places do you see that. More
