Not Bad Service...NO SERVICE!!!! They claim to offer service pick up and delivery of your 2017 Lincoln, but they are 0 for 2. First scheduled pick-up was confirmed by text the morning of pick-up, but they never showed up! When Richard their "service concierge" called to apologize, he promised to pick up the car the next Wednesday at 10 am. I called at 11 am to see why it was not picked up, only to be told they would call me back as soon as they spoke to Richard. At 1 pm, when I hadn't heard from anyone, I called, only to get a run around and eventually disconnected! Still waiting at 2. More
