I had lost heat due to the vent doors sticking and called Scott Ferrara in Service to get my car in as soon as possible, it was Presidents Day and was able to get an appointment and the car was fixed. I took our 2013 Lincoln MKZ to Stamford Ford Lincoln for a software recall. The work was done in less time than they had said, they provided free coffee and a warm, comfortable lounge, and they checked the a software recall. I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change. While waiting for my vehicle I was told that if I had any errands to run, that I could use one of the cars on the lot.
