Ferdous was a bright light in an extremely dark automobile market. I had an “outside of the box” transaction involving my company’s purchase of a vehicle and also a lease trade-in. The salesman Mr. Greathouse was extremely nice and professiona How can I begin? I leased a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid from Danbury Hyundai last July. The salesman Mr. Greathouse was extremely nice and professional. However, I had a problem with the SUV. It stalled on 1-95 in Milford. The dash had a light that read hybrid malfunction. After this issue I called Danbury Hyundai. They were nice but was told they didn't have loaners available. The manager kindly sent me to Stamford Hyundai Service Department because I live more than an hour away from Danbury and an Uber cost over $200. I took it there on Monday. Then I called the Stamford Hyundai Service Dept. on Friday after Thanksgiving. The service guy was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. ABRASIVE AND NASTY. He told me with an attitude "my mechanic already spoke to you about the situation with your car and the software page is down. You didn't even buy the car here." He didn't even let me speak. Is this the way you handle customers? I am extremely disappointed with Stamford Hyundai. I will NOT even recommend the service department to my enemies. How dare you? I am so dissatisfied with the Hyundai experience. I never experienced this at any other dealership. I had Toyotas, BMW, Subarus and never I had to deal with such a nasty fellow. This guy needs a customer service course immediately. If I behaved like that at work I'Il be fired. More
