Was at your dealership for a engine service and oil change with a purchased Ally Service Contract. Was told my contract was expired after the motor work had been completed. If I had known the contract change with a purchased Ally Service Contract. Was told my contract was expired after the motor work had been completed. If I had known the contract was expired before hand I would have never elected to have the work done by your dealership very unprofessional!!!! More

Parts guy was very helpful an polite, ordered part for truck an got it installed, so far so good, other than I have a new light that came up on the dash after visit, not sure if that would have came on if truck an got it installed, so far so good, other than I have a new light that came up on the dash after visit, not sure if that would have came on if I would have decided to take some were else, or if it was just time for it to go out, but so far I feel I paid 600 bucks to have a light on in dash. But two days before that I brought my car in for a oil change, an now the first time in my cars life,it leaks oil all over my driveway now, so I feel I paid for a oil change, that will have to be changed sooner than later cause it will now all be in driveway. An now I'm feeling I can't count on reliability of work on my vehicles, due to the first time I use your service on both vehicles, an they both have new issues. So I will get with Patrick about this oil leak, an if he does not tell me that he will replace the grommet on oil pan drain then I will have to take business else were, I believe they have, one, forgot to put grommet back on, or they have stripped the bolt itself. I have had the oil changed at different places, this is the only one were oil ended up all over my driveway. Very disappointed after spending almost 800 in two day there. More
