While the buying experience was easy, I was told the vehicle was inspected, it was not. Right now I am only giving one star. The people were nice but 4 days after buying the car, the check engine light came on. I did a test and it threw 25 codes for engine issues. I arrived June 4th to pickup the vehicle, drove it 10 minutes and it overheated, I called the service department and spoke with Charlie. I was told there was a problem with the heating/cooling component minutes and it overheated, I called the service department and spoke with Charlie. I was told there was a problem with the heating/cooling component and StatcAuto would repair it and get the car back to me. 2 days later, I was told the water pump needs replacing and again Star Auto would replace it with no charge to me. Today makes a week, I put down $3500 for a car I don't have. At this point, I want my FULL deposit back and the loan canceled. More
