Not prepared employee My experience here included the dealership havibg poor service in regards to giving me both my 2 car keys, and when receiving the second, not having t My experience here included the dealership havibg poor service in regards to giving me both my 2 car keys, and when receiving the second, not having the manual key that was supposed to be attatched. I had to go back a second time to receive my second key however they lost the the manual key that is supposed to be attached to it. They said they have to make the manual key and it will be ready in about a week from today. Overall I wish that my experience was more organized and the dealer had my things ready and prepared especially since buying a new car comes with the necessary tools for a better usage. More
