Bad service the minute I drove onto the lot First off let me say brought my car in Friday morning 8 o’clock they tell me they couldn’t do a diagnostic until Monday during which time I get a call First off let me say brought my car in Friday morning 8 o’clock they tell me they couldn’t do a diagnostic until Monday during which time I get a call and say that my battery is dead and I need to come in and get it and replace it with a new one come to find out the snap my key off in the ignition and left it on in the on position all weekend and tells me that the reason for the misfire which had a check engine code of P0301 and it’s because I need new gaskets and seals in the intake manifold and new ignition coils in the car which those were all replaced nine months ago when I first got the car And I also wanted to have my AC repaired which had a leak in the system somewhere and they said that the only thing it needed was a recharge The only thing I said they done right is replaced the snapped off key with the new key More

Juan (sales representative) went above and beyond to again get me the vehicle I needed. I received a great deal on the purchase of my new 2019 Cherokee jeep that had everything I wanted and more. I received my car quickly and Juan took the time to show me all the features in my car. Juan, Robert (manager) and all the staff at this dealership were super friendly and attentive, I will definitely continue to recommend to friends and family. More
Great customer service I was working with Angela Thomlinson. She was great. However, They were supposed to replenish the vehicles fluids but the windshield wiper fluid was e I was working with Angela Thomlinson. She was great. So I’m concerned if all the services were performed. More
Long wait period . There have to be a better way in which vehicle is service in the service department, I do understand some car can take a little time depends there is a issue, how about team work service on each vehicle.
