Fun Saturday afternoon! Found my dream car here. From first phone call to purchase signature, was easy, no pressure and pure professionalism. Diana from Star Nissan located t Found my dream car here. She connected me to the Ramon and through the 2 of them we worked directly with Juan. He was great! He spoke on a personal level with us about the car as well as our trip down the city to look at the car. We spoke easily about family and he never pressured us like many salespeople do. We left to look at another car but quickly returned because not only was the car exactly what we wanted, but working with these guys felt right.. We were able to complete the entire deal in one afternoon and Juan stayed late missing a family dinner in order to help us. We traded our car and we were able to drive home in a beautiful Mercedes that literally was on the showroom floor just hours before. He went above and beyond checking on us to see if we made it home okay and if the car drove alright. This was a memorable car buying experience to go along with my dream car. More
