I made an appointment for 10:15 for an oil change. The service advisor told me that it was an approximate 2 hour wait even thought I had an appointment. They told me my service advisor was at lunch. I decided to take any Uber back to the dealership to see what was going on . This cost me another $25. When I arrived I saw my car was ready but they had not called me. I was told the oil change was free because I have Jeep Wave but in reality I spent $50 that day. I understand that there is a shortage of mechanics but if make an appointment for an oil change I should be in out within 45minutes to an hour . 3 hours for an oil change is not acceptable More
