Worst customer service ever! I would never recommend anyone to come here. My vehicle has been there for a month now. I have called several time to get an update and no one knows I would never recommend anyone to come here. My vehicle has been there for a month now. I have called several time to get an update and no one knows anything. I have already paid for the service of my vehicle because they claimed it was finished twice already but yet my car is still there. They were paid by me and my warranty already and yet my car still isn't of priority for the job to done or even a proper update as to what is wrong and what they are doing to finish it. I am beyond fed up and would like to take matters further because this is beyond ridiculous for them to treat paying customers like this. More

This is the worst experience I had dealing with STAR 211-10 Jamaica ave NY11428 I went to have my remote start check the total for job came up to $350.00 plus $31.07 tax no parts were replaced I cancell 211-10 Jamaica ave NY11428 I went to have my remote start check the total for job came up to $350.00 plus $31.07 tax no parts were replaced I cancelled a diagnostic the same day FOR another job after being told cost will be an additional $175.00 they still make it $ 350.00 which I find bad for business , address to my matter will be appreciated thank you GRACE SELBY.
