Completely dissatisfied. Poor customer service and experience terrible! Beware of this location. Do not go. Took my car in for service and told one thing was the problem and Poor customer service and experience terrible! Beware of this location. Do not go. Took my car in for service and told one thing was the problem and almost 2 weeks later I received my car back after receiving an Astronomical bill for things that insurance stated weren’t necessary. But once your vehicle is hostage in the service department you have to pay up to get it back. More

I paid $189.00 for 4 minutes on a lift, I was waiting for 3 hours, when the front was checked out a price of $1,700 came out of the advisory laughing I paid $189.00 for 4 minutes on a lift, I was waiting for 3 hours, when the front was checked out a price of $1,700 came out of the advisory laughing mouth. It wasn’t funny to me. I fixed the problem with $280 and a little manny work. You people really over charge for the little work that you do. More

The worst dealership experience I've ever had. My car was in the shop for over 10 weeks and still isn't fixed properly. Terrible communication by the service center. Honestly made me reconsider ever buying another Jeep again in my lifetime and I've had a Jeep since I was a kid. The whole Star Jeep needs a rework and new management takeover. Terrible customer service and performance. They're giving Jeep a bad name. I'm never one to write poor reviews but I've never had such a bad experience anywhere. More
