This rating is for the service department not the dealership. I didn't buy my car here I just get it serviced here. My trust has diminished with the service department though. I've come in several dealership. I didn't buy my car here I just get it serviced here. My trust has diminished with the service department though. I've come in several times and out of the blue been told my car needs a $1000+ service, sometimes $3000+. Car drives fine, and no major issues once they fix it. But it's happened several times and enough to get me to start looking for other service shops. Advisors don't do a good enough job at making you understand what's wrong and why it NEEDS to be fixed right now. They just tell you to do it. More
