Service definitely went down these past years. Service representatives do not communicate on the status of your vehicle. Service is very slow. If your car is in the shop for more then two days, th Service representatives do not communicate on the status of your vehicle. Service is very slow. If your car is in the shop for more then two days, they don’t offer a service vehicle til your vehicle is fixed even though you purchased the vehicle at this location. Other Dodge companies have that offer. This site have to do a lot of changes before I take my vehicle over there to be serviced. Totally miss the old representatives Luther and another older woman who I forgot her name at this moment… my apologies but they was always on point, professional, was honest on the status or timing of your vehicle being completed. Hopefully this site will improve with more techs working and more training for the new representatives they have now. More
