Came in for the emissions recall and got an oil change under the Jeep Wave program free as it was meant to be. Friendly staff. Service is terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. Even then the dealership department service has gone down since Jean left a few years back. Went in for a inspection and oil change, on 12/28/2021. Salesman decides he want to use my extended warranty he told me they didn't accept.... My car still hasn't been repaired... The part I'm told has to be manufactured then shipped and they can't tell me when it's expected.... So this is not the review I'm going to write when my car is actually repaired.....
