Arnold unprofessional. Never return calls to customer. Paul Rowe was excellent to fix my jeep fixed after months dealing with Arnold. I waited 2-3 weeks for an appointment for 9/7 only to know that Arnold Paul Rowe was excellent to fix my jeep fixed after months dealing with Arnold. I waited 2-3 weeks for an appointment for 9/7 only to know that Arnold did not ordered the parts. The appointment was made by the warranty rep. I’ve been seeking to have my jeep fixed since March, and I’ve missed work on two different occasions due to appointments that was set up by Arnold and he will not order the parts that is needed for the work on my keep. Paul Rowe was able to get my Jeep in the next day and fixed. I expressed to Mr. Rowe that I was not going to return to the shop because of the unprofessional customer service I experienced from Arnold. Mr. Rowe was professional in the way he assure me that customer service is the highest priority at Chrysler jeep service. I believe I will return for service there. Thanks Mr. Paul Rowe for making such difference. More

I called and spoke with Cammy who educated me then met with Tequon at the dealership who help my goal become a reality. I really appreciated the customer service and expertise from Cammy following up with with Tequon at the dealership who help my goal become a reality.
