I brought my vehicle in for service do to water leaking into the vehicle under the steering wheel behind all electrical components. After not receiving a courtesy/loaner vehicle while my Durango was being into the vehicle under the steering wheel behind all electrical components. After not receiving a courtesy/loaner vehicle while my Durango was being inspected, I was told they could not re-create the issue and therefore they concluded there was no problem and I was to pick my vehicle up. Two days later in New York we had a storm in which my vehicle again Suffered water damage due to water making its way into the same location I had advised Andres the service Manager who took in my vehicle. Unfortunately I do not feel my vehicle nor my concern as a two time dodge Durango leasing customer were addressed. More

Paul the new manager is very nice, he approached me as soon as I walked in and offered to mover my jeep because I entered the wrong entrance.
