I came in a few weeks ago for my regular maintenance oil change and vehicle check. I arrived at 7:30am but wasn't told until 12:30pm that I needed a total brake job. I didn't mind that the work had to be do change and vehicle check. I arrived at 7:30am but wasn't told until 12:30pm that I needed a total brake job. I didn't mind that the work had to be done but 5 hours later is unacceptable. I made another appointment for the following week (8:30am), and my vehicle wasn't ready for release until 12:45pm. This is my only complaint as in the past I've had better experiences. I understand with the pandemic and all, but I saw people who came in well after me come and go on both visits. I'll still use their services and count these off as "one-offs". The reps behind the counter were very accommodating and did apologize. More
