I was very disappointed that a simple request for a 5 second job to push in a clip on my rear bumper that was loose was denied by the service advisor stating that they only perform mechanical work. I bought 2003 Nissan Maxima and have been a loyal customer for 17 years; however highly disappointed this past Monday visit. Had an oil change and wanted to have a headlight replaced.
