I truly believe that they wanted me to purchase my car just based on the sheer joy they knew it would bring me. They did not pressure me or mislead me with “fake savings” I feel that I paid a fair and just price for my 2020 Nissian Altima . Thanks Rocco you were awesome and exhibited such patience with me. I came in broken and disillusion with the whole car buying experience but you and your team showed me that my prior experience was not how Star does business. Keep up the great work! More

Very upsetting Star Nissan service damaged my front bumper,and told me it wasn’t them knowing I have a check in sheet of the damages that was already on my car. The Star Nissan service damaged my front bumper,and told me it wasn’t them knowing I have a check in sheet of the damages that was already on my car. The damage that they did to my car is not on the check in sheet they gave me, and had my car facing the wall of the building so I wouldn’t recognize the damage. So my experience with you guys are terrible and I’m going to do something about that More
