19 years and counting I have just gotten my fourth Altima and found the experience in a positive light when dealing with Star Nissan. The sales staff are very courteous, friendly, helpful and cooperative. My salesman Joe Kolb was a gentleman throughout and the manager Gus, was as always, warm and cooperative. I have dealt with Star for nearly 20 years and strictly service my cars at their center off Utopia, I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. More
Problems They were overbook, it took hours b4 they even looked at my car. Then they called me, told me they couldn't find the problem and said it must be "user error". Since they couldn't identify the problem, they couldn't fix it. While driving to MA, it happened again. I called and they were very responsive. Went through exactly what was happening and I took pictures of everything I could. Now I am without A/C for my drive home from MA and inconvenience for another few days while they figure out the problem. I really think they shouldn't just assume "user error". I a highly intelligent woman and would never bring my car in for service.if I wasn't sure.it was broken More

I had my Sentra’s 30,000 mile service recently, which is of course why you are now contacting me, and Robert right away asked if I understood what this major service entailed. I mostly did, but hadn’t had a 30 k service in quite some time. He handed me a pamphlet detailing what would be performed, then (gently) told me the cost. Like everything else, the cost had gone up from what I remembered. I appreciated him giving me a heads up so I wouldn’t be surprised when paying up. More

Oil change Wait there for 3 hours just to get oil change done. When I reached there one of the guy name is Ronnie took my paper and entered all the information to the computer and told me other guy will update me regarding to my car. I was like why??? Then I asked him to check my AC also while you guys are changing the oil. He stated I have to make another appoint for it. After been there for two hours I went back to him for update and with the bad attitude he said go ask the other guy not me. It was very rude. So I went up to the guy name is sang and he told me it will be done soon. Still it took 3 hours to change the oil only and it wasn’t bury either. More
