First of all when I tried to trade, a year ago, the salespeople were not very interested in trading. I contacted Starling in Titusville and had a deal. So I traveled from five miles away to Titusville to trade. I was in with a problem that wasn't fixed and I was ok because the problem, I believe, is in the infotainment system and not what I had suggested the problem was. Again, I was ok with that and called back to tell them it wasn't fixed. I did receive a call back but when I realized what I thought the problem was I called several times and left messages because the person never answered. Finally I made another appointment, with Heather, because she has always been great. She wasn't there for my original appointment and I got someone else. Until recently I really liked this dealership but the trying to trade and last appointment has soured me some. I will continue to deal here if my next appointment is back to what I used to receive.
