My on line request for information on a vehicle was made late on a Friday night. I received a call shortly after 8 am on Saturday discussed the details and terms I needed. Upon arrival and review of the vehicle all verbal negotiations were held up very honorably with no additional pressure. Quite unique these days. Terrible Experience I talked on the phone with a salesman had an appointment set up to meet with a this particular salesman at a specific time. When I arrived, I was tol I talked on the phone with a salesman had an appointment set up to meet with a this particular salesman at a specific time. When I arrived, I was told the sales person I was set up with was finishing up with a client. After waiting 35 minutes, the sales person asked if I could wait 10 more minutes and if he wasn't finished he would have someone else help me. 10 minutes goes by with both these guys nowhere to be found, I finally left. I thought I would get a phone call to apologize for making me wait 45 minutes without anyone showing me any cars, however, I still have not been contacted. Poor customer service and loss of a sale. More
