The staff at Stateline is friendly, provides estimates in a straightforward manner, and does what they are able to reduce the inconvenience of a lengthy service call. Service Department I made my appointment on line. Very easy and no problems EXCEPT - I requested a complete detailing on my car. When I got to the service department t I made my appointment on line. That should have been stated on the web site, so I could have made different plans. They did give me a ride home and delivered the car to my home the next day.
