I was disappointed with the first 2019 Impreza I test drove which had what appeared to be greasy handprints on the interior fabric and also the console. Additionally I feel the vehicle I did purchase could have been detailed as a new car is expected to be delivered. Clean tires, unstreaked windows and a glossy paint finish. In my opinion the new car delivery prep I experienced was sub par. More

I would not play that game either. They treat you with respect and are a pleasure to to do business with. I will happily drive from Boston to deal with Satateline again vs every other dealer in between. More
