I leased a brand new jeep wrangler back in October. My excitement of having the vehicle faded soon as I realized I purchased a problem. The vehicle that is $70,000 has had multiple check engine lights almost every other month. I’ve been going back and forth with the dealer since I purchased this vehicle in October 2022. I’ve been In/out of service multiple times at this and other jeep service departments locations with different issues that the vehicle was having. At this point, it seems they just want to stick me in a unsafe vehicle especially when I travel with my wife and children. I’ve had to contact the manufacturer due to the dealership not wanting to take their troubled vehicle back. It is a situation that nobody here wants to deal with which I find unprofessional. As a safety/liability issue, I would expect station Chrysler jeep to do the right thing and this just doesn’t seem to be the case. More

They are fantastic with communicating with their customers. If my vehicle needs any up coming maintenance they always address it with the customer.
