He made my car shopping experience easy and less stressful. As for Stephanie, she was always so welcoming and nice to me whenever I would come in to meet with Brian. She assisted Brian with familiarizing me with my new car. I would have to say the only bad experience I had was with Steve. He made me feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. It was almost as though I was beneath him and not worthy of his time or business. More
