When we visited, he was prepared for us and ready to make a deal. He offered us what we we're looking for for our trade in and gave us the best price on the xc60 that we were interested in. He also gave us the best deal for the extended warranty. He was quick and we were able to leave with the car that night. The other Stephen walked us through the car and explained all the options to us. He transferred everything over from our previous car and put my things exactly where they belong. It was awesome!
