Starting with my first inquiry on the vehicle, Michael was quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful. A car is a big purchase, it can make anyone nervous! I did not feel any pressure nor did I feel taken advantage of. Everyone is professional, but easy going and friendly. At least this was my experience.
