Starting with my first inquiry on the vehicle, Michael was quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful. A car is a big purchase, it can make anyone nervous! I did not feel any pressure nor did I feel taken advantage of. Everyone is professional, but easy going and friendly. At least this was my experience. I was able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home that day, eliminating the need for a second drive back to the dealership. This was my best car purchasing experience ( at a dealership ) by far. No one likes "the car buying experience" - this was the easiest, smoothest, least stressed car buying experience we have ever had. We dealt with Stephen for test drives, trade in, financing, questions, and delivery! There was never any "let me see what my manager can do" - he just did it all!
