I have lived in Bristol for 31 years and I have never bought a vehicle from Stephen automall. Well that changed today Nov 24th 2020. I saw that they had literally the car i was looking for in the show ro bought a vehicle from Stephen automall. Well that changed today Nov 24th 2020. I saw that they had literally the car i was looking for in the show room a used 2018 Dodge charger scatpack. It is loaded with options. They had the car listed at an amazing price which i could not pass up. I contacted the dealer and was there within 1hr. I met with Dean the salesman, Brian Fisher, the sales manager and Frank the finance manager. They all were very professional very respectful with the 6ft rule and very friendly. They gave me top dollar for my trade and then some and got the terms and payment I wanted from the bank. I could not have asked for a more smooth transition. I feel they went above and beyond to get me everything I asked for. More
