Zero Communication! First review I have done in my life...Vehicle was serviced for a week yet the problem was not fixed properly. Finally I told them I needed my vehicle by the end of the day and they told me it was fixed...but it was not. This is the second time I have returned it to solve the issue and still no end in sight. There is no communication regarding the work. Every phone call I make they claim they are going to call me right back....that was last Thursday and now its Tuesday! I physically went to the dealer and they pulled it into to be fixed for the first time in over a week!! I feel like my car is being held hostage!! More
