Not the best experience Took my jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment online the day before. Pulled into the service bay, waited and an advisor came u Took my jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment online the day before. Pulled into the service bay, waited and an advisor came up. I told him i was there for an oil change and rotation and i had made an appointment. He looked right at me and said sternly we don’t take appointments for that. If that was the case why is it an option on the website! Started out frustrated. He didn’t know how long it would be and then when he was writing up the order he had no idea on the price. He was shouting to someone next to him for the price. Made me feel uneasy that it could just be anything. While waiting he came back and said that my car needed breaks. I quickly said no that’s impossible cause my jeep is brand new and he looked Confused and went back. Come to find out it was someone else. Doesn’t seem like there are checks and balances in place or verification of what really is going on. I’m not sure if i will go back here again even though this is where i got my jeep from. More
