Because of a medical condition, he delivered the new Jeep to me and picked up the returning vehicle. Bill should get Employee of the Year for what he did. The new Jeep is FANTASTIC. Poor service Went for a normal oil change, they did not check tire pressure or fill fluids. My brake fluid was low and I had told the employee that and he said he Went for a normal oil change, they did not check tire pressure or fill fluids. My brake fluid was low and I had told the employee that and he said he will have them take care of it. I also asked when it was finished if they filled it and he said yes the guys said it was low so I had them top it off. I could tell he wasn’t telling the truth. Minute I pulled off the lot my fluid light turned on, then my tire pressure light went off about 10 min later. Didn’t have time to go back since I already sat there for a hour and a half for a “Express” quick lane oil change. More
