We understand how concerning it is to receive multiple pricing figures and inconsistent documentation throughout the process. What you described does not reflect the level of transparency or communication we strive to provide. We take concerns regarding estimates, authorization accuracy, and unexpected charges very seriously, and I appreciate you outlining the details of your experience. I also apologize that your message to our Service Director has not yet been returned. We are currently replacing Management to improve on the level of customer service provided. This is not the level of responsiveness you should expect from our team. We would welcome the opportunity to review your repair order, the estimates provided, and the charges in question so we can better understand what occurred and address any discrepancies appropriately.Once reviewed we will reach out to with a solution.
