Bobbi Bacon saw me within minutes, ensured that my car would be serviced, and arranged for a loaner car. As a customer I was really impressed with Bobbi. We had purchased an extended warranty that I had forgotten about. The charges were going to be expensive and our mileage was high so I was prepared for the worst. Ms. Bacon discovered that warranty and saved us a lot of money. That is the kind of customer service that is so appreciated. It would have been so easy to charge the price originally shown on the computer. She works for the dealership with the customers as her priority. More
