Brandon Huynh was also super helpful, he found me a better interest rate the day after the purchase. He called me and we met up at the dealership, and finalized a better interest rate. The employees go above and beyond with customer service. Definitely would go back to them for future vehicle purchases. More

When my car was returned to me the engine had an additional 90 minutes of running time at an average of 12 mph, my car had been driven 18 miles, the passenger seat had been adjusted to be pushed all additional 90 minutes of running time at an average of 12 mph, my car had been driven 18 miles, the passenger seat had been adjusted to be pushed all the way back and the seat reclined, and an oil change and basic inspection took over 6 1/2 hours. I had dropped my car off and not counting that time it was still 5 hours. I received a call after the car had been there over 6 1/2 hours asking about the check engine light, at which time your service department was closing in less then 30 minutes. How was the light not noted in the first 6 1/2 hours. I was charged an $18 fee for using a card to pay my bill, there is no sign notifying customers of this nor was I told by the service desk staff. More
