I went in to get a bulb put in for low beam light. They claimed they put one in, however they messed up the connections for all the lights (high and low beams, turn signal and parking) complete drive They claimed they put one in, however they messed up the connections for all the lights (high and low beams, turn signal and parking) complete drivers side of my touareg. I went back in to get the issue resolved and was told they didnt have time to see it , thatt they didn't have the "properly" trained mechanic to repair it. When I tried to set up an appointment they claimed my wiring was faulty.. and they weren't going to set an appointment. I went to O'reilleys parts and bought $54 bulbs for complete drivers side front lights and had a friend install them. And they all work perfectly. Steve Hahn Auto group cannot be trusted, nor can they be believed. Their ads are lies as to the "trained" service people. I should probably retract that statement and clarify the TRAINING was for "being less than truthful." My recommendation is to avoid this dealership. More

The team was very helpful and friendly in helping me purchase my first car (first car I purchased on my own).
