Normally I have an excellent experience with oil changes and other appointments. However this time needed communication. I came in for a simple oil change and had to keep asking where my vehicle was…at firs and other appointments. However this time needed communication. I came in for a simple oil change and had to keep asking where my vehicle was…at first I was told it’s just going back…then oh it has recalls…I was at the dealership for 3 hours. I should’ve been given the choice to say yes or no to the recalls as I had a wedding to get to. Come find the owner and talk with us before doing the work. Am I glad it was done, yes, but to not let me know what was happening was not acceptable. More
