The sales woman Brooke and the finance lady were very helpful. Unfortunately 4 days after we got my Kia the engine light came on and we returned the care to the service dept and were told it just needed helpful. Unfortunately 4 days after we got my Kia the engine light came on and we returned the care to the service dept and were told it just needed a reset. On Monday the engine light came back on and we returned back to the service dept.Now we are told the Cadaleic converter needs to be replaced. It has made me and my family very concerned whether we made a good choice in coming to Steve Hahn. Hopefully my Kia will not have any new issues. More

Car was misfiring took it in they said engine control module was bad. Said it would be $1500 2 days later they called told us they would have to order one because other dealerships wouldn’t sell them on module was bad. Said it would be $1500 2 days later they called told us they would have to order one because other dealerships wouldn’t sell them one and it would be a little more expensive. 3 days later they called and said it’s not totally fixed that they are getting 5 error codes and they don’t know what to do, that they have to contact Germany and find out what to do. 9 days later after calling them 3 times they still had no answers. The next I went in and talked to the owner of the dealership stated our frustrations he was accommodating said he would try to get some answers and a loaner car which they hadn’t had available the whole time. Suddenly the next morning the car was repaired it need a new coil also for an additional $250 This is the second time something major has happened to this car and they have had difficulty diagnosing what’s wrong The car has only 90K miles on it and is a 2015 model. The oil change A and B service prices are horribly expensive I’m pretty sure this is the last Mercedes Benz I purchase More
