Since 2020, service has gone down. Last time there three people waiting - you had 3 employees come out and asked if we been served. I had an outstanding experience working with my sales representative YAYA at the Steve Rayman Chevrolet Smyrna . From the moment we started messaging back and forth about vehicles I wanted a walk around representative YAYA at the Steve Rayman Chevrolet Smyrna . From the moment we started messaging back and forth about vehicles I wanted a walk around video to see which one I wanted to test drive before arriving to the dealership, She delivered and not once caught an attitude with all 100 questions I kept asking her.She answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, When I arrived in person there was a guy who assist name Jonah he was very knowledgeable and helpful assisting YaYa while she assisted the customer she had before I arrived.
