If you go to Cerame, be sure to work with James. He is not the stereotypical salesman. I had a client on a budget with specific needs, and James found the perfect vehicle for her at a different dealershi not the stereotypical salesman. I had a client on a budget with specific needs, and James found the perfect vehicle for her at a different dealership, went and picked it up, gave her a fantastic deal, set up all the special features, and made her feel like the most important customer he had. There has to be some kind of charge to get a vehicle from another dealer but he made didn't charge her extra, actually he gave her a great deal. He could have tried to sell her what he had on the lot, but didn't. He went out of his way to get what she wanted with ONLY the features she needed and no more so that it would stay in her budget. I mean, wow, really, how often does that happen? In this day and age, and in this economy, that kind of attention to detail and customer service is rare. I've been around a long time, and I can tell you that the fairness and satisfaction from a car buying experience has a lot to do with the salesperson. James' honesty and caring for my client is very much appreciated. He will have many, many repeat customers. More
