There has to be some kind of charge to get a vehicle from another dealer but he made didn't charge her extra, actually he gave her a great deal. He could have tried to sell her what he had on the lot, but didn't. He went out of his way to get what she wanted with ONLY the features she needed and no more so that it would stay in her budget. I mean, wow, really, how often does that happen? In this day and age, and in this economy, that kind of attention to detail and customer service is rare. I've been around a long time, and I can tell you that the fairness and satisfaction from a car buying experience has a lot to do with the salesperson.
