Extremely bad experience: ----------------------- My husband and I visited this store to purchase an SUV. Even before showing us the vehicle, the dealer demanded we buy the SUV then and there. We said we'd like to see the SUVs and its features first. He then drove us to a nearby car lot and once again demand we buy it forthwrite... Well, since they had only red SUVs with a V4 cylinder (we were looking for a V6), we told him that was not what we really wanted ( we were looking for a black V6 Toyota Rav4). We asked him his price for a V6. Then he got all the more rude, and repeated his demand, drove us back to the dealer office and told us he had an appointment and we should come tomorrow!!! Yes, that's the way we were treated! The salesman was thug-like in his talk and there was totally no excuse for his rude, animal-like behavior. In all it was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend you to go there if you want a pleasant experience. Sure enough just a week later we purchased a brand new SUV (Toyota RAV V6) from ANOTHER dealership and this time we had a good experience.

High pressure mixed with broken promises. Don't believe a word anyone tells you! They are either incompetent or intentionally deceitful - it is hard to say which is worse. Had some dealing with Alex who is a very good guy but is not a decision maker so if you have any problems you have to deal with the managers who are ethically reprehensible. They will not think twice about being dishonest to your face and when your point out the contradictions they deny what they said! Make sure you bring your own paper, pen and calculator because they take everything with them each time they leave the room so you cannot compare numbers.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to look at a Toyota Prius. A young employee named Alex Cheng came up to me and greeted me with a smile. At first, I was apprehensive because I've had bad experience with salespeople and I didn't want to be pressured into anything I didn't want to buy. But Alex was amazing... not only was his attitude atypical of a salesperson, but he was knowledgable, friendly, and I felt no pressure at all from him. Despite the fact that he is young(or maybe, BECAUSE of it), he understands a customer's feelings and respects them. He was very patient with me while I asked many questions about the Prius and its features. I decided to leave the dealership and he handed me a card with his phone number on it; I thought to myself that I would come back and buy from this guy if I bought a car anytime soon. Well, it turns out I was right. I bought a Prius from him a couple of days ago. Alex's attitude was great throughout the entire transaction and he didn't try to pressure me in any way. In fact, he treated me as though I was his only customer the entire time. High Recommended.

Despite the very poor reviews for Toyota Stevens Creek, we had a wonderful experience with Ford Schwartz, the Internet Sales Manager. He is an older man, was very willing to spend time answering all our questions, wasn't too pushy and patiently worked with us on negotiating the deal. We eventually could not come to an agreement on the price, but we walked away feeling sorry we could not close a deal. Deal with the right people here and you'll be fine. We heard the salesperson at the next table being very pushy with 2 customers that were trying to walk away because they couldn't agree on a price.
