Mr. Puglisi continued to show he leadership and customer service qualities through the entire transaction and even after the deal was closed. Mr. Puglisi took the time to explain the pros/cons/differences of the vehicles we were looking at while always being patient and educating us in the bells and whistles of each vehicle. Mr, Puglisi is a well presented professional who Stevens Ford should be proud to have as a member of their Team. It is for Mr, Puglisi that we will return to Stevens Ford for our next vehicle purchase. BRAVO to Mr. Puglisi!!!! In addition Mr. Sam Stevens assisted us when Mr, Puglisi transacted business with other customers and he too was remarkable. Mr. Tom Shaw from the Service Department has shown that he cares, takes the time to understand concerns regarding the vehicle whether it was us not using the bells and whistles properly or advise us of timing of repairs and keeping us updated and informed. AWFUL SERVICE DEPARTMENT I OWN A LINCOLN MKS,I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH SO MANY TIMES THAT IT WOULD TAKE HOURS TO EXPLAIN MY FULL STORY HOWEVER I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT ACOUPL I OWN A LINCOLN MKS,I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH SO MANY TIMES THAT IT WOULD TAKE HOURS TO EXPLAIN MY FULL STORY HOWEVER I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT ACOUPLE OF REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. IN 3 MONTHS I HAVE RETURNED TO THIS DEPARTMENT 11 TIMES!!! COME TO FIND OUT ONE MAIN REASON IS BECAUSE THE KID THAT THEY HAD WORKING ON MY 50K DOLLAR VEHICLE HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN THE LINCOLN LINE, I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 4K IN TRYING TO CORRECT A NOISE THAT I STILL HAVE AFTER SPENDING $3,750. A MANAGER NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH ME BUT INSTEAD HAD THE ADVISOR OFFER A SMALL CREDIT FOR SOME DAMAGE THEY CAUSED IN THE PROCESS!! IT WAS SUCH A JOKE THAT I DECIDED NOT TO TAKE THE STEVENS FORD LINCOLN OFFER AND DECIDED TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR TH FULL REPAIR. I ONLY BROUGHT MY LINCOLN TO THE DEALER BECAUSE I EXPECTED PROFESSIONALS TO WORK ON IT AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY YOU PAY ALOT MORE THEN YOUR LOCAL GARAGE OR A CHAIN REPAIR FACILITY. More
2012 Ford Explorer vin # 1FMHK8D80CGA53932 their motto is..."Built on Trust" what a JOKE My wife and I went to Stevens Ford in Milford,CT. to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer vin # 1FMHK8D80CGA their motto is..."Built on Trust" what a JOKE My wife and I went to Stevens Ford in Milford,CT. to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer vin # 1FMHK8D80CGA53932 we liked the car and we put a deposit down on it.. That night we went on the Steven Fords website and looked up the AUTOCHECK vehicle history report on this vehicle.. We were shocked to read that prior to this truck going up on the auction block this truck was annouced that it had FRAME / UNIBODY DAMAGE REPAIRED !!!! we couldn't belive it? Autocheck recommended we do NOT buy this vehicle..nor would they honor their buy back deal. The next day i went to give the truck a closer look. I found it had 2 side windows replaced(with non-ford parts) and i found masking tape still left on one door handle from it being repainted... I was very upset they tried to sell my family a vehicle with frame damage and NOT even tell us... Thats very shady....I was even more shocked by the dealers actions after we found this out?? They did not care at all.Managament never contacted us.I would at least expect the manager to offer his apologizes and offer some kind of solution to recify this situation??? They didn't....The salesman offered to find us another car, then called to tell me I am going to have to pay more money and get a car with more mileage.... so IF someone did buy this truck please do an AUTOCHECK vehicle history report on it...The carfax came back clean...THEY BUY THEIR USED CARS FROM AUCTIONS IN THE BRONX,NY. and lead you to believe they are lease vehicle that were turned in to their dealership.. and they have yet to mention getting us our $500 deposit back?? what a terrible experience :( I can't believe they could sell a family a vehicle like that?? I have had a Ford for many years. A little over Twelve months ago I had to replace an air conditioner condendsor for approximately $900. The new part was defective and it broke even though I only used th months ago I had to replace an air conditioner condendsor for approximately $900. The new part was defective and it broke even though I only used the air conditioner for approximately 4-5 months during the calendar year after replacing the part. Steven's Ford would not stand behind the part and replace it. They essentially said that I am out of luck, it is not a Ford part and that I need to pay another $900 if I want a working air conditioner. Brian Burgess was rude and border line offensive. I am trading my Ford in elsewhere and will no longer do business with Ford, particularly, Steven's Ford of Milford. More

Right after the blizzard, like so many other people, the transmission on one of our service van's died. We contacted your facility, and from the very beginning we received outstanding customer service. It was a hectic time for everyone, trying to dig out from the storm. I would imagine there were many obstacles on your end regarding parking lot situations, delivery of parts, an overwhelming amount of work, etc. Yet none of that affected the way our needs were handled. Brian was pleasant, thorough and efficient. Being in a service based business ourselves we are extremely grateful for the service that was provided. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the call first thing Monday morning that the van was ready. We had several customers relying on us to repair their heat and because of the great and timely service that Stevens Ford provided, our customers, and our business did not suffer. I drove my car off of the lot on October 10th and have been the happiest driver on the road ever since. After having a terrible experience at a nearby dealership I decided to try my luck here. My job had a partnership with Ford anyway so I figured it couldn't hurt. When I walked in someone immediately came over and asked how they could help us. Brian was kind enough to explain how the discount with my job would work and then asked if I wanted to look at cars. There was ABSOLUTELY NO pressure. He told me to walk around and tell him what I liked and that's exactly what we did. When I found the car I liked he got the keys and let me take the car for a drive. When we returned he asked me what I wanted to do, and of course I left my deposit. He followed up with me that next Monday and I arranged to go in to sign the purchase order and my father looked at the car. He told me the car would be ready for pick up on Friday and asked if there was anything else I wanted. When the big day came my car was fully detailed and looking as fresh as ever. Stevens Ford is the BEST place in CT to make a purchase. My car has a 100,000/7 year warranty and it covers any major damages. It has been a dream come true for me! And the best part is I still keep in contact with them and they've followed up to make sure i was doing well with my Cinderella! Now that's what I call amazing customer service! More
Went to the dealership last week to check out an Edge with my husband. We were immediately greeted by Ron, who took our information quickly and got us right into the vehicle to test drive. We really felt like he had our needs in mind when helping us decide which exact model and color would best suit us. We were offered coffee while we waited for the vehicle to be brought up, and all of the salesmen were so friendly, making sure we had a perfect experience. When it came down to checking out credit, etc. the finance department was great. They helped us weigh out leasing vs. buying options and made sure we got the best vehicle possible. We never expected to make a purchase on our first trip to the dealership, but the service was so phenomenal that we saw no point in going anywhere else. This is our first Ford and it most certainly won't be our last! Keep up the good work Stevens! You earned yourselves life-long customers! More
I have been a longtime ford customer and the the time came to replace my 2000 ford explorer with something newer. I spoke with the General Manager Ron and told him exactly what I was looking for and wha came to replace my 2000 ford explorer with something newer. After some searching they got a vehicle in that was perfect and honestly more then I had hoped for considering I was very specific about wanting a newer explorer with a third row which are hard to find in good condition and the price I was given was fantastic. Marilyn the finance manager was great she was able to get me financed with terms I could comfortable handle and on delivery day she had me in and out of the finance office quickly. I love my new truck and have already recommended Stevens Ford to friends and family for there next car purchase. More
