Excellent experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle! Having never even shopped for a brand new vehicle, I was a bit apprehensive. From the moment I was approached by Joseph Hudak, I felt that I chose a good dealership. He was personable, down to earth, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Once I decided to make the purchase, I was introduced to Carlos Trindade to finalize the deal and go through the paperwork. He made what could have been a tedious process easy and painless. Although I didn't work with Kristen Schuble personally, she made a point to call me, as did Joseph, and make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and my new car. If you're in the market for a new Ford, I fully endorse Stevens. Top notch. More

When we picked the care up and dropped if off for service we had both of our young (2 and 4 years old) children were with us. This man was kind, knowledgeable about his lot and all the vehicles that were up for grabs. For things he was unsure of, he attempted to figure out in a timely matter and left no questions unanswered. He took us through a couple models both of which were nice but did not meet specific criteria. Joseph however, had a hunch of the specific car my family and I were looking for, contacted local dealerships connected to Stevens Ford and had a model up for grabs and had it shipped immediately to the Milford Dealership. Long and short of the story, Joseph's determination got my family and I the car we wanted, and the sale that he worked hard for. More

When I walked into Stevens Ford I had spoken to a sales man who I did not know enough about specific trucks, I asked to speak to someone else at which time they referred me to Sean Armstrong. His knowledge was something that I found immeasurable. He understood the real world numbers of it's towing capacity for my mobil home, and was able to put me in the truck I needed. The price was fair, I might have spent a little more than I needed, got a few more odds and ends but overall a great experience with the help of Sean. More
